On-site support for the equipment we built, from the people who built it.
A failure in a data center, a plant or a defense installation is not a service call. It is a countdown. What matters is how fast somebody competent is standing in front of the equipment, and whether they arrive knowing what they are looking at.
Talk to an Engineeron equipment we have the drawings for.
with parts drawn against the original build.
planned around your outage windows rather than ours.
after a modification, a relocation or an extended shutdown.
[What do we commit to, and over what hours? This is the number buyers compare.]
Everything we build ships with as built drawings, point to point test records and full serialization, and we keep them. When a unit we manufactured has a problem, the technician who comes out can pull the original build record, the test results from the day it shipped and the exact revision of the drawing in the panel.
[Geography, and how a call gets routed and dispatched. Confirm before this ships.]
[Our own technicians, a partner network, or both? This changes what the page can promise and it is the question a serious buyer asks second.]
[Yes or no. If yes it is a much larger addressable market and deserves its own paragraph. If no, say so plainly rather than leaving it ambiguous.]

[Phone number and dispatch route. This page should lead with a phone number rather than a form, because somebody reading it has a problem right now.]
