Every new hire goes through 650 hours of paid training and an apprenticeship alongside experienced colleagues. We build detailed work instructions and training videos with AI, then monitor and coach on the line. We do this in partnership with the State of Maryland and Howard County because we would rather build the workforce than compete for it.
